Default call me dumb but highlighting the high beam blubs?

well call me dumb or whatsoever but i saw this in the other thread. a guy posted said that highlighting ur blubs will make them yellow ....well i went out and try it on my spare one i had and did it. I hook it up and it still works. thought you cant really touch those blubs with ur finger or whatever? well will the heat from the blub melt it and cause some problems ? I'm just thinking about doing this to my high beams that all, not my lows.

yes the heat will eventually burn the marker and possible leave a black residue.
