Does the aem ems stand alone disable atts ?

aem ems doesnt control the ATTS, so i assume that itwould be disabled

Yes, it would be disabled. The best engine management that allows you to keep the ATTS functioning properly is the GReddy e-Manage or e-Manage Ultimate.

yes as soon as you plug in your aem ems the atts light will come on. there are 2 boxes the ECM and the ECU. The aem does'nt communicate with the atts in the ECM. AEM tried to get the maps and functionality from honda but they would'nt disclose the information.
