Its got the triangle things on the back where the tank will go, but it is kind of high for a welding cart isnt it?

Yep it's a welding/plasma cutter station (cart). Tig Welder and plasma cutter will go on bottom section (along with 3 filler tube holders to be mounted inbetween and accessed from the top middle section), a 154-125CF Argon bottle fits in the side holder, and tools/accessories/etc on top section bottle side with Helmets/gloves space on left side. A lot more work needs to be done but the basic structure was finally finished tonight.
