Default Budget Turbo Kit?

I have been lurking around and reading as much as possible. I have a stock 93 civic ex and I would like to add a low boost turbo set up. I'd like to make about 150-160 WHP while mainting as much driveablility and getting the quickest spool possible. Also, I don't want to give up my A/C or power steering. Most of the manifolds I have seen have a t3 flange, but I'm thinking that a t25 or t28 would be my best bet. Will I need an intercooler to keep my car daily driver reliable at these amounts of power? The only kit I've seen is the greddy, but I'm concerned about the lack of an intercooler. Also, how much fuel managment will I need. I know i'm a noob, but thanks for any input that you can give me!

I would go with a greddy 15g kit for your application. You will have VERY fast spool with that turbo, and easily be able to make your hp goals. The turbo is very responsive, and with provide a very fun daily driver with little to no lag. Fuel managment on a budget-DSM 450 injectors and uberdata. Another good turbo kit would be the apexi BB turbo kit that you can find slightly used for under 1500.

You could run without an intercooler on such a low hp goal, but you could probably easily afford at least a JRC 5 or 6 inch intercooler, that will only run you 150.

Good Luck

You should deff check this site out plus there are many others out there, I wouldnt buy a kit , make your own junk yard setup for less money and prob more power in the long run.
You can get used manifolds that people are getting rid of to upgrade there setup fairly easy. Injectors there are a ton of cars that came with atleast 440cc stock, you just have to have the time to track down all the parts.
