Ok im throwin a code p1457 wich is leak in charcol canister. Since its obd2 related, my question is, since im going turbo and converting to obd1, will my car be ok if I dont fix the problem? Or will it even stop throwing a code when I convert to obd1?

If you go to OBDI, and the new OBDI PCM doesn't have provisions for monitoring the EVAP system, the code will go away.
