This is my next tire size, cause I need some more diamter tire for my turbo power. MY car is lower about 1.25 inch and the fenders are pulled realy hard. The rim is a VOLK TE37 in 16x8 inch with ot 38mm.
Do you think I have clearence problems with the fender when I turn hard??

I run 225/40s on a 15x7 inch rims with 50 mm offset and 2" drop. No rubbing except at full lock in the parking lot (sometimes).
Your rims are an inch wider and the tires bigger - so I think that combo will rub.
If you're having trouble with traction - get a better LSD like a Quaife.

Well.....tires are much cheaper and I have to replace them any way. When they rub too much I can always switch to 225/40/16.
225/40/15 is a realy smal diameter. Your tach must be off as hell. 225/40/16 has a 586mm diamter. Stock 195/55/15 has 595mm diamter and 225/45/16 has 608mm diamter.
