Help!!! Eg Front Brake Questions.

OK, The bolt on the bottom of the caliper that conects to the core snaped on both sides. Now the caliper in off on the driver side ( only because it fell off driving) and the passenger caliper is stuck on because the bolt snapped too. Is my best bet to drill out the remaining screw and take off the core????
