Ok, so I had replies about my speedometer problem of people wanting me to be more detailive.
1990 Honda Accord EX, AUTOMATIC Trans.

Check Engine light comes on every once in awhile, on the highway mainley.
Speedometer, Odometer and Cruise control doesn't work. They sometimes do work, for very little periods of time. When they do work, the cruise control is able to kick on. I know a little but not alot about cars, so if somebody could help me out that would be great, other than me taking it to a honda dealership paying 100$ an hour for a diagnostic
