what are retro fitted head lights someone told me that they are luxery car lights in old civics and other cars but what do u need to do to do it? do i need a new harness? bake open my oven.....is it the same effect if i put one of those silverstar bulbs in?

reflector housings would be factory Civic headlight housings. if you buy an hid kit and put it into the factory housings, it would cause nasty glare. so what some people do is buy hid pieces from cars originally equipped with hid's, and then retrofit them into the Civic housings to get a more proper beam pattern.
