Default Rear Disk Swap

sorry if im seeming like a noob ive been searching and ive been thinking of doing a rear disk swap for my brakes.. what are the pro and cons of having it on your car.. this is going on a 94 hatch cx... ive been hearing you wouldnt really need the disk brake if you just dailey driving..... can someone give me some tips and info?? thanks

Why do you need brakes anyway all they do is slow you down.

aight thanks guys... would it be any good if i just upgrade the front brakes?? they would be fine holding up a car with a better motor ?? im just confused but thanks
