yO well after some searching I found out that in order to install this kit I will need to find out if I have 88-89 or 90-91 Upper A-arms since I am rockin DA front knuckles w/ EF A-arms. 88-89 EF A-arms the ball joint cannot be removed because it is welded on.
This is my camber kit Im going to install

Since I upgraded to DA front knuckles and used my EF a-arms like YOUR supposed to. I got mine at a junk yard, so I just dont know what year mine are.

Need to find out if these are removable. Thanks in advance and any info. is appreciated.

From the last pic they look like they are the 88-89 style. Look very close and see if u can actually see the bead of weld that runs around the top of the ball joint.

Too bad u didnt really help since everyone that cared to actually post in this thread all said they appear to be the "weld in" type. haha
I did the SPC ones (same style and the ingalls) on a 99TL with NO problems. I used my press and was somewhat careful. You should have NO problems Jeff.

YEAH, THANKS SMART GUY! Youre a very hepful and special person for pointing that out for all of us.

before you press them out, take a look if there is a mark on the old A-arms. You can't just press this adj. ball joint in in any position. You'll still have to press/apply some force to get the new ones in BUT, when you slide the new ball joint, the relative position has to remain the same so that the knuckle does not till forward or backward. I hope this makes sense.

Those upper a-arms are not the right ones for those ball joints. They are welded in.
Definitely pick up a set of 90-91 upper a-arms from a junkyard. You 'could' also buy them new, and then remove the factory balljoint, and install the Ingalls. A lot of people we've sold to actually do that, and will sell the balljoints they took out on eBay or something.
If you have any other questions about your Ingalls product, please either call us toll-free at 877.TURBO.HP and talk to either Dale or myself (John). You can also contact Ingalls directly as well

Hey Gator! Whats up buddy! Long time no talk. Been good? Its the same business, just changed the name. So yea, no more RPI
Lots of reasons, but for the future direction of the company and products i'm working on, the RPI name wasn't really 'working' anymore. Also, i got tired of explaining the 'R' in RPI, since my name isn't Randall... but it is my middle name. lol.
