Delta bandsaws?
Anyone have any experience with newer delta bandsaws? Specifically the 14" 1 or 1.5hp models.... Im guessing that theyre garbage since theyve gone to overseas production in recent years. I generally prefer older "seasoned" equipment but I figured id ask. Home Depot card and no interest for a year is callin my name....but not if theyre half plastic pieces of crap.

Cant really find much info on it. Ill probably end up passing on it and finding an older used unit similar to my Kalamazoo horizontal saw.

That Delta saw doesnt even look half bad for the price really the only thing about Delta products now and back in the day all the products now if you dont spend the money on them they are going to be just like every other product
the higher end Delta products are quailty made

The metal cutting bandsaw they offer compares to the JET and HF band saws. I was going to pick up one of these but didnt like part of the design on the saw. So instead went with the HF saw.
