b18a1 swap gas problem
I recently gave my lil brother my old demo car and I never had the gas problem fixed. The car has a b18a1 motor swap in a 88 crx hf. I had everything checked and cant find the problem, changed o2 sensor, map sensor, plugs, wires, even re checked the vacuum lines over. There are no check engine lights on the ecu or dash. I also smelled burnt gas sometimes when I had it, and sometimes I went to get gas and the nozzle would keep cutting off when It was not full. The car has an aftermarket exhaust and I just recently put a magna flow cat on to see if that helped and it did not. I would really appreciate if anyone could help. The entire engine is stock except the aem intake. Thanks
I can't find anywhere in that post where you in detail explain the gas thing.
At the gas station sometimes I have to make sure that the nozzle is not ALL the way in there, like maybe a half inch back from all the way in, when I fill up, otherwise it shuts off.

when I fill the car completely up I start the trip over and it is empty around 170 miles. ? I did b4 the swap that catch gas coming out of the gas cap when it was idling one time, and on the old paint there were stains like this happened frequently. Since the swap I have not noticed it do it again I always check to see if it has any run marks or anything around the gas cap and there arent any. I even put paper a rag hangin out to see if it is happening when it is on the road and it is always dry and odor free. I dont know what else to do
