i just bought a 91 dx crx w/ jdm b16a and for some reason the car seems to be running great but the temperature needle keeps on jumping toward HIGH i dont think its the head gasket because checked oil and theres no sign of milky oil !!!!

Have you looked down on the right side of the block if you leaking coolant or water? it might be your water pump.
