cam and intake manifold preferable the ones im selling for 500 all together..

But really before you do those 2 i would do intake header exhaust and if you shop rite you cound do all that for 500... then if you do not want no2 and are like me and didnt want turbo or sc then do the cam and intake manifold and maybe a b series throttle body... with those you will notice gains and i know so because ive seen dyno's of i/h/e cam im tb i think it will put down 135-140whp on a sohc

DC headers are under $250 on ebay and Kteller exhaust doesn't come with a muffler.

polish you intake manifold and cyl head yourself, all you need is sand paper and about 4 hours. i dont know how much it will give but im sure it will do SOMETHING, and its free, unless you break the intake manifold gaskets.

you dont want to "polish" your intake manifold or intake ports, they need to be a little rought to help with the air/fuel mixture, but after the pistons, you want everything to be as smooth as possible, i guess you could portmatch your intake manifold and bore your intake manifold with/for a b-series throttle body, but leave the MAJOR port n polishing to a shop, unless you dont mind effing up a few heads in the process of finding out what your doing

Chip your ECU (100$).Get good springs and struts(300$)They do more than most people think and are usually overlooked.

he's in cali, and well because i knew if it has a carb # that means it went though SOME testing atleast compared to these ebay manifolds and i sure as hell am not paying 250$ for a header that wont do anything on a d series. and if i ever did get pulled over and they were idiots and wanted to look under the hood i just flash that and one less ticket

EDIT and its not polish its port, polishing anything wont do anything, you are trying to say port match the manifold to the gasket.
