TCS - 2002 Accord

on the '02 accord, is the tractions control system default on or off?
if i were to push the tcs button, does that enable or disable the tcs?

Every time you start the car it's on. When you push the button and the TCS light on the dashbord comes on then TCS is de-activated. If the light isn't on it's working.
