Umm your timing belt powers the water pump. No need to raise the car but if you think you need to replace the belt to your water pump and the car is running. YOUR WATER PUMP IS BAD.

Hum i was more looking along the line of how to replace the belts, such as the one going to the A/C compressor and so on. The accessory belts, I guess you could say. How hard are those to replace? Thanks for the help!
