Have any of you noticed the license plate lights on the new Lexus.' They're like bright as hell, they even look like a miniature HID. Just wondering if any of you know what type of bulbs they use and where to find them?

i would imagine you could get them from lexus if they are oem on the car....but why would you want that anyways...you have enough **** to deal with from the cops in socal....even worse let them see you more easily....

 

I saw it on the new lexus and I personally don't like it. I don't know what is it about those bright lights on the plates, but I don't like it maybe because it takes most of the attention in the back.

 

i've seen some on integras, looks pretty cool. I tried using some superwhite 194, and there not just as bright.

for the 4th gen it's 194, pretty sure it's the same for the 5th gen. im pretty sure they are led bulbs,

 

keep it simple

 

I actually bought some LED wedges, which have 5 LEDs, but they're still not as bright as those lights!!! Anyone here work at the lexus dealer?
