what do you guys think the best looking carbon fiber hood on a 91 crx si is. im thinking about getting one when i do the b18c swap

Ummm, go to password jdm and get one of there usdm SiR CF Hoods. Pure sex.... Failing that, do the whole front end conversion and do up an SiR CF hood.
