Default Someone is very lucky...01 R with only 5,000 miles

**pics at the bottom of the page** (thanks 330R)

The black 2001 ITR was just sold from Lyle Pearson Acura here in Boise Idaho today. It was shipped to California to a private buyer. Hard to believe someone could own a Type R and just let it sit there for so long and not drive it. I went to look at it today and it had just been sent off about an hour before I got there. The salesman said the previous owners were from Japan and were moving back so he sold it to the dealer. I have pics from the dealership if someone wants to host them and re-size them because they are rather large.

This thread was made after it was sold. I have no connection to the car or the dealer. I believe they wanted 22k for it, thats what I was told by a good friend who looked at it.

I believe it since I only drove around 1500 miles last year, just didn't find time.

I'm about to post these; they're large pics so put ice on your dial-up modems.

Nevermind, they can keep it! I just saw the mugen sticker beside the real sticker.
Next time anyone sees it, it'll probably have a Hello kitty decal on the hood. I don't understand why people do this?

lol....are you some kind of moron....your telling me you wouldnt buy this masterpiece because it has a mugen sticker on the back. that may be the the most ludacris comment Ive ever seen. This car is immaculate. I in turn, do not understand people with your oblivious incompetant attitude.

NICE PICS. (you snooze you lose when it comes to type's)..It was gone the day after I found out about it.

I know its only a car, but that one belongs in a Museum. It would be a shame for some low life to strip it for parts. I didnt think low milage R's like this were left.
