i have sound system in my other car that i will be looking to transplant into the civic. however upon close inspection of the dash, i don't see where i can install my kenwood headunit since the cd player in the civic is like one piece with the whole dash. am i missing something here?? has anybody done it yet?

 

Good luck with replacing the HU. That thing is so integrated into the dash it will either need lots of custom work or a specific radio designed for that car.

They have come with a kit for the 06. Look on ebay. I saw one there
