brake help(locking)

i just did an engine swap in my 90 crx si with a b16, avid motor mounts, and now the front brakes keep locking up (second time), not even 2 miles of driving.

does anyone know of this problem, any opinions could help.

yes i did search (30 min) found nothing.

Did you remove the dust ring on the inside of the hub
and the seal off of the axle?

you are suppose to remove the seal also, i thought it was just the dust ring. how do you take the seal off, with like a flat head screwwe driver, or some other way, and thanks for that info.
