i am in the process of putting my h23 back together does anyone know the bolt torque specs for the engine, or know where i can get them, also i put the crank, bearings, cradle and pistons in and i have 2 U-shaped washer looking things, does anyone know where they go

 

Your best bet is just to buy a Helms manual. I could copy you the torque specs, but you'd have to tell me which bolts you need specs for
