Default High pressure in Valve cover? (Delete this admins, Search now working...)

I just went to add some oil to my engine with it running and when i took the cap off alot of pressure keeps coming out. Call me dumb, but I had a jeep and when I did this, I didnt have this kind of pressure. I am guessing it must be a honda thing, the car runs fine. It must be just the pistons going up and down and the drainback holes in the head letting the moving air up into the head.... Correct me if I am wrong... I didnt think is would be this much. The engine burns very little oil 1/2 way on the dipstick at 3000mi. and it doesnt lose coolant.
