exhaust leak, wont cause any big problem right?
so the other day i started up my car and it had a crappy deep sound, like i hung an exhaust on it, but i didnt, still running all stock. anyways, i knew it was an exhaust leak, but i still brought it to tuffy just so the guys i know there could listen to it quick for me. they also said exhaust leak just by listening to it, not lifted it up, just listened.
anyways, so i got an exhaust leak, will this cause me problems in the long run if i just let it the way it is or will it damage anything else if i leave it sit? i know this is the perfect opprotunity to go get an exhaust and have a good excuse for it, but i dont ahve any money lol, so thats kinda out of the question.

It shouldn't.
If the exhaust leak is up in the engine bay it might recirculate into the cabin air, then you might pass out on the road. (very very unlikely)
The other concern would be if the exhaust leak is projecting onto the chassis or some sensitive part it might heat, melt or burn that part. What I mean to say is that if it is shooting out a lot of exhaust on a brake like or something (not sure if that is possible) it might be something to worry about.
If I were you try to find where the leak is.
