apex n1 fitment
hey guys got a question...... first off im trying to decide between getting the apex n1 or thermal, opinions please. also since my car is lowered im kinda worried about scrapage so i was wondering how the fitment of the 2 exhausts im thinkin about is. and also if they do hang low what can be done to remedy that. Cuz i like the kinda race car sound up top, but it is a daily driver so i dont want anythin obnoxiously loud and everything just somethin that is nice and deep but when i mash it to sound crazy. found both at http://www.nolimitracing.com with free ground shipping the apex is 491 and the thermal is 513. please all opinions would help and if anyone has a sound clip of the 2 at wot that would be great.
i dunno....I have the apexi N1 too and it is just that....a N1 sound. If you dont like sound and rumble then i wouldnt get it. my exhaust is straight through and my tone is deep and i top off at around 104 -106db. But it tell you when i smash on somebody........the whole city knows!! apexi baby!!!
I had an n1 on my SH - there were a few driveways/hills I scraped on even when I wasn't lowered. N1 is nice and deep, and loud if you like that thing, but it got old after a while. Right now I've had it off the car for over a year so I wanna put it back on. My room mate's Thermal sounds great. I don't like the duel pipe look, personally but it is nice and deep, and not nearly as loud up top as the N1. However the baffled muffler on the thermal does probably sacrifice a pony or two to the N1. Im personally waiting for my friend to finish making his line of exhausts for the prelude; 2.5" piping, bigger resonator, stainless steel, and a straigh-through muffler - whats not to like?
alright thanks for the input guys i think im gonna go with the n1 o also is it also one piece or is 2 pieces cuz i thought i read somewhere that it was a one piece exhaust and did it come with new hardware and gaskets or not?
