Default AT V6 accord sedan

Well guys my parents gave me their 2002 automatic V6 accord and it has 33000 miles on it so I'm expected to keep it for a while.
so i was wondering if you guys think these mods that i post are the mods that i should get.
-Gram lights 57S or Kazera KZA's
-APEXI World Sport 2 Cat-Back Exhaust System
-AEM Version2 Cold Air Intake
-Eibach 1.5 lowering springs
is this a good start? oh and can you guys list some other parts to? because i just can't find them.
thanks
Daniel

I would not do too many mods until you have that tranny checked out

go to v6performance.net they have a 3.5L swap quide in there were you use your 3.0L heads and a 3.5l block. Power wise it gets you around 265hp

My advice is to keep it stock. Change the transmission fluid every 15,000 miles, using only Honda fluid. And keep up on the maintenance. If you do this, it may not be an exciting car, but it will last. What do you want, reliability or high performance, you can't have it both ways IMHO. All those mods will do two things. Cost you money, and lower the resale value. Accord=not a sports car.
