Default Radio tuning

Im trying to find a guide or some type of walkthrough to tune my new pioneer 680mp that just recently came out....its a 7 band eq with several other settings. I am running pioneer all around the car with no amp. Any suggestions are appreciated. Also, the way i am trying to tune to sound for is for electronic music like trance and house b.c i know the setting are different for different genres of music.

That would be hard to say, as it will be a personal preference, all I can suggest is play around with it, spend some time in the car with your fave tunes and try diff. settings and the right one is the one that sounds right to you. It's definitely not the one that somebody on the net is telling you it should be, unless he/she has the exact same taste as you do, has the same exact car, with the same system, listening to the same tunes. 94

no but i figured there is a correct way to have it tuned...like for example in my factory radio in my prelude the sound was always just right and full and had perfect resonsance...but now with this new system theres either to much treble or the mids are too high etc...i want full balanced sound.

Still comes down to you playing with it until you get the sound you want, I cant give you the "right" settings, the old school boost the highs cut the mids and boost the lows just doesn't work very well. 94
