are sylverstars an upgrade from bulbs that came with 1 piece 92-95 tyc?
the orginal bulbs that came with the 1 peice tyc headlights seems to be just normal halogens bulbs, but they light up the road very well. I was wondering if i put the sylverstars in, would it make a big difference? Also, when you guys just change the low beams, do you change the high beams as well. I know they are both h1 for low beams and high beams, so should i buy two pairs of sylverstars, one for low beams and one for high beams? thanks
i just put silverstars in my 94 civ dx, love em. they're not stock h1's, they're h4's. or listed as 9003 bulbs. i bought one pair, they're great. so much much brighter/whiter. and im a little new to h-t, what is tyc?
tyc is a company thay makes aftermarket headlights and they also make headlight for GM... etc. They are of good quality probably the best if you need headlights and you don't want to get OEM ones. As for the original question, well I suppose you would have to change both because one side is controling the low beam and the other the hi beam.
