Brake Shutter on 1991 Civiv LX
When decelerating at forty-five to thirty-five miles per hour, there is a rumbling, shaking movement throughout the entire car and vibrations through the steering wheel as I press the brake. When the speed of the vehicle reaches below thirty-five, the noise and unexpected motions stop, and the car come to smooth stop.
There is no sqeaking of the brakes as I have maintained the front and rear pads in a timely manner. The fluid of the power steering is adequate and level, but my only thought is to change the pads again.

Any assistance makes me honda savvy. Thanks.

What is my worst case scenario for delaying the repair? Should I fix this immediately?
Do I only have to fix the front rotors since it is where the vibrations occur?
Thanks.
