Leaking H22 Transmission Case?
After an oil change, I was told that my transmission is leaking.
Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? I did a search and nothing relevant came up. The last thing I want to do is have the tranny pulled and taken apart. Any advice?

It can happen. Not really sure what would cause it though.
Probably a gasket (not sure if there's actual gaskets in the casing or just liquid gasket). You'd have to pull the tranny and reseal it.

Unless there is a crack in your transmission, it's leaking from a gasket. Get your gaskets from honda, not from the auto parts store.

yep they're hondabond gaskets, not gaskets you can buy from honda. there are a few things you should check before you pull the trans and re-seal the case:
-axle seals x2 (both sides)
-drain bolt (new washer/gasket and use hondabond when you put it back in too)
-filler bolt (same as above)
if none of these stops the leak then you should redo all the case's gaskets as well.
