A true sports car, if a front-wheel drive will ever be considered as such, will not have staggered wheels. And I've watched my fair share of Top Gear Seasons 1-7 and not one FWD car in the international community has staggered wheels. But if you must, http://technet.ff-squad.com/how-to/5lug.ef-da/

thanks for the info thats the most help Ive got so far-

From what I have seen a good portion of true sports cars have staggered wheels-

btw who said my crx was going to stay front wheel drive. It will be AWD btw Will that affect my choice in chosing parts when making it 5lug?I have not spent alot of time at car shows but I feel that alot of the cars that are getting trophies have not done enough to truely earn them. Anyone with enough money can build their car up and throw on a body kit, stereo and custom interior. quite a few times I have seen cars win trophies or get on magazines just for being clean- that **** just pisses me off. Anyone can buy parts but not everyone has enough dedication and commitment to do something cool to thier car. I dont want to be like that. My goal is to build a car that can sit next to a ferrarri and not look out of place. I have been told many times that I am an idiot for spending so much on my car but the truth is when its done it will be sick and no one will have anything like it.

Im not here to start a discussion or drama but I hate it when I start a post because I really need some help and someone just laughs at me. Everybody keeps putting the same damn rims on thier hondas- how many crx have you seen with 18x10 on the rear? Everything on my car is either jdm or custom. I realize saying my car will be on the cover of sport compact car may sound a bit boastful but Id be pretty surprised if It didnt turn some heads. Take a look in my garage- there is a pick of my backseat. Eventually I will reapolster those to match the front seats- I chose those because they look like racing seats, eventually everything will be done in leather.

18x10s will take a lot of torque to move, and let's not forget space to move them. If you want to spend so much money why not start with a NSX or maybe an R32? Hell go German and grab an old school M1 or a new school M3, but even I the lover of my old school Honda will say it - to be different, to stand out, don't have a Honda.

If I were to start with enough money to buy a nsx Id just go straight for the ferrarri. I actually dont really like nsx- in fact I really dont like very many cars. I love the crx- its small and easy to tear around in. It is a great car to start, its light, cheap and there are tons of jdm parts for it. If I had any other choice it would be either a supra or celica. Maybe a rx7 but not without a tail light conversion. a 240 is a good choice because like a crx there are many fun things you can do to it. But Id rather have a crx with front and rear conversion that anything else with a stock body. Besides I found the perfect front for it. I should have pics in less than a month.

Yeah no doubt it seems some ******* come on here every week with a new idea that will destroy a crx. For one thing if you are going to build something high power, and what not, the wheelbase is too short. Have you ever done 150 in a CRX I have it is scary. IF it is a CRX you want and you want it AWD. I would probally build a tube chassis and use all the drivetran parts from whatever you are getting the motor from, and then get a CF body made that looks like a CRX. Kinda like Dahlback did with his Golf.
