i live in santa cruz, ca. i'm working on boosting a d16. i need to find a local tuner who can give me good, honest advice and good rates. i can go as far as san jose, maybe san francisco. i have a pretty conservative budget, but i'm prepared to pay whatever's appropriate for a decent tune. if you have any phone numbers, that would be great.
