Default Need your opinions

I have a 91 CRX HF that's dieing for a swap. I took out a loan for $10,000 and I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to figure out what the best swap possibilities would be. Don't get me wrong, I've done the research and I've seen what's out there. But frankly, I really can't make up my mind. I started off wanting a turbo B16. I wanted to get a custom kit made with a gt28rs turbo and run about 8 pounds of boost. As it turns out getting all of this work done (as I really can't do it myself unfortunately) will cost about $12,000. This included suspension, upgraded brakes, exhaust, the swap, the custom kit, and tuning it with Neptune. I just can't afford to get all of that done so now I'm really not sure what to do. I've looked at everything from a turbo d-series to a B18c5 and everything in between. I just wanted to hear some opinions on what you guys would do in this situation. I could spend all 10,000 and get the type R or I could swap in just a stock B16 and save the rest of the money for down the road. What do you guys think? Feel free to give me any ideas, not just what I listed previously. Thanks a lot guys.

Personally you are better off to find someone selling a swapped CRX is that is what you really want. I think that $10,000 into a CRX is a little crazy if your having someone do the work.

You could try to get something like this http://www.jdmconnection.ca/STOCK2027.html
