00 suspension help ??
first i lowered my car with some tsudo coilovers to about 3" now i want to raise it back up and also my shock are going out so i just ordered some kyb gr2 shocks and some springs from ebay but now the problem is that those springs dont fit the shock. so my only choice is to buy new springs but wat would be better name brand springs or coilovers i already have teh shocks and camber kit. here is a pic of it
I bet those KYBs are gonna blow just as quickly for 2 reasons though:
1) theyre basically OEM replacement, not a performance shock
2) They arent supposed to handle a 3" drop, I doubt theres any travel left on that suspension

...well.. it will travel, but it will wear out quickly, and plus, KYB does not cover warranties for their shocks when cars are lowered more than 2 or 2 and a half inches from OEM specs.
If the shocks goes bad, can't replace it!!!

If those are cheap ebay springs it may be how they were manufactured. I would throw them in the garbage and get some Eibachs they won't blow those GR2's.
