Default some tech questions 91 civic

91 civic hatchback; dual port injection.
I starte pulling the wiring for a project; may have cut impatiently.

Where is the atmospheric pressure sensor located, what does it look like, and do I need it for the motor to run properly?

Can anyone explain how the electronics in the distributor works?
I am trying to adapt fuel injection to a random vehicle, and cannot put that one on. trying to figure that out. The motor to be injected has a Pertronix igniter and vacuum advance, if that means anything.

No. "UR" an idiot, and "UR" talking **** simply to raise your post count. How many posts you have does not determine how big of an ******* you're allowed to be, nor does it determine how experienced you are with Hondas. It is easy to run up a big post number when you post just to call someone an idiot.
My apologies to the OP for not getting any help. Like the two above, I also can't help, so here's a BUMP.

I am posting in the CRX/Civic forum because the injection system came from one!

I understand the basics of the ignition system (and distributors). I need Honda-specific info on how the power flows in the module, what each wire does, so that I can make a substitute for the new engine.
__
I have a Chiltons', so I know where each wire goes, but not the significance of what it does; how it affect the rest of the system. Some are for the ignition, some are for the injection.

There is a pinout here (http://www.thezcr.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6592) that will tell you what each does on each harness

I reattached the pressure sensor.

Also, do I need the speed sensor for anything? Or is that just for the cruise control

I've been scanning others' post on this site. Naming this "Honda-tech" is quite the joke. There appears to be 3 or 4 members that have a clue about cars. Discussions about "the brightest headlights" and How cool that resonated tip is on your stock engine seem to be more the norm here.
Too bad, I was hoping to have found a resource.
