Anyone that has gotten your cars painted recently, do you know if the new rubber based clear coat actually works at bouncing small rocks off your car to prevent paint and clear coat chips?

I know some new cars have it but I want to know if it really works cuz my car is gonna get painted from a recent accident.

 

I guess no one has heard of this stuff. Thats weird. I thought the guys with daily drivers would run this stuff so there paint gets less F'ed up.... bumpity bump bump
