Default Negative Battery terminal

Hello all,

I want to upgrade my negative battery terminal.
I just purchased this terminal.
I assumed the delsol's neg. cable is 4 gauge??? Really looks nice, and is really solid, but the one thing I can't figure out is what this one ring terminal adapter on top is for ?

To complete the setup I purchased stinger power wire

Also

This should be a better setup than stock yes ? My stock setup is all mangled by the way. I will also be changing the other grounds with 8 gauge stinger power wire.

Those post are Great. They make them for people who run alot of accessories AMP, alarm, fan switch, other componets. the ring terminal is for the factory battery to chassis ground

Hey JDM,

I have everything you mention in my car. I don't understand how that ring terminal adapter works. It is a screw in, this means that I would have to get a special kind of adapter to attach the negative cable to it ???
I was just going to connect the 4 gauge wire to the 4 gauge slot, and connect that to the body. I'm guessing that if I have to use the ring terminal connection, this must be maybe 0 gauge wire ?

Thanks,
Joe
