what is there difference between them besides the lug pattern? Like are the brakes bigger on one, or better? becouse i found 4x114 setep for pretty cheap verseus the 5x114 that go for $900

 

4x114.3 brakes are the same size as GSR
5x114.3 brakes I believe are 11" in diameter

4x114.3 setups are cheaper because they are in less demand.

 

I have heard that the wheel bearings for the 4 X 114 setups are different. If you need them you are SOL unless you can order them from Japan.

 

Wheel bearings are both the same.

You are talking about the 98+ JDM ITR where it uses a 36mm axle nut versus the smaller 32mm.

acually no you wouldnt be SOL all you need is Prelude SRV rotors (4th gen Prelude Vtec for you guys in the states) , Calipars from prelude vtec, 5th gen Prelude, Accord wagon, and a 3 mm spacer and everything should bolt up and work and voila! you have yourself a cleap poor mans BBK as well you can order rotors at your local parts shop :D
