What is that?? It is on a 93 sohc vtec si and i have a 94 jdm sohc vtec but its not on ther. Is it important??

it is the purge cut solenoid. it is what allows evaporative emmissions to be burned. just hook it up to a vacuum source like it was when it was removed. worst case, it vents fuel vapors under the hood, or builds tank pressure.

just find a vacuum source and hook it back up.
