Default How do get condensation out?

Anyone know how to fix condensation problems in your front headlights.

Take the bulbs out and park the car in the sun. Its only going to be a temp fix, you have to find out whats causing moisture to get into them.

You can fix this but it's a fairly risky process. You have to ''bake'' your headlights in the oven to melt the seal between the housing and the glass. Then you can reseal the headlight with some silicon. I don't know if you really want to put your $300 headlights into the oven and risk melting the housing. I would actually try just runing silicon around where the seal already is and see if that fixes it first.

Ive seen a write up on it somewhere, i dont think it was honda-tech. Either way its risky.

had this problem with a turn signal housing, after allowing the water inside to dry out I ran a fine bead of clear bathroom silicon around the seal. Didn't have to bake them or anything. Worked just fine, and since it was clear... although it went on white, it dried invisible.
