hey what's up guys....well about 8 months ago i went turbo with my ls...... it's been running fine up until 4 months ago....the walboro fuel pump was loud.....and now what the car is going is having a hard time starting......and the fuel pump isn't loud at all...so last tuesday i went and got a new fuel pump.....replaced the pump and screen ( the screen was a dark brown )....so after the install.......it's still doing the same thing.....i'm at the point were i think it may be my tune ....but can anybody help me out....oh one more thing the car won't start unless to press on the pedal a couple of times...if you don't then it just tries to and kills the battery.....


i'm running crome and my fuel pressure is at 45psi....550cc

 

Try cleaning the lines in and out of the pump. Maybe it's picking up sediment. (Evident by filter?)

no i haven't....would that cause the walboro pump not to be so loud...i'm thinking it's a single problem.....

hey dude it was the filter....i can hear the fuel pump again....
