Default Del Sol wiring problems

Just going to get this out of way: I'm posting for a friend since he doesn't have internet, so I don't know 100% about his car, but I'll try to include everything.

My friend has a '94 Del Sol with a complete H22 swap out of a '94 Prelude (pretty sure about the year, but not 100%). Here's the problem: The gauge cluster is out, completely. No gas gauge, no tach, etc. But that's not all, and this is where it gets interesting. The blinkers don't work, but the hazards do. However, the right rear tail light still won't blink with the hazards on. The headlights and tail lights both work otherwise, though. In addition, the power windows do not work. All of the interior lights work. The Apex (I think that's what it's called) ecu thing still works fine, though. All of these problems started after the VTEC was moved from 5500RPMs to 4500RPMs. Thoughts range from perhaps a wire was bumped or the ecu took a **** on us.

We've gone through every damn wire diagram on the face of the planet and still can't get it. Today we came up with the idea that it could be the ignition, but nothing seemed wrong there. We're going to swap out the ignition switch anyway and see what that does.

But I was wondering if you guys knew what the problem might be. I'm not familar with Hondas myself and I'm not sure if this is a common problem or something. Any information would help a lot! Thanks in advance.
