Default ecu question

My ecu is dead.... My car is a 98 civic si (canadian)

I bought a new ecu but it doesn't fit...

the original ecu number is 37820-p2p-c34
922-304628 UR

the ecu I bought is 37280-p2p-C12
1215-205329 6F

the new ECU is half the size of the original one.... from what car does my new ECU come from and why wont it fit?
