ive been lookin for a crx forever. my buddy and i are plannin on buildin one. hes rich so that helps ahah .

anyway found an SI within 5 minutes of my house looks like crap but there is no rust. it has a b18 supposedly. i havent seen under the hood yet. its spray painted black, back interior is ripped out and the battery is relocated to the back. i can tell it used to be teal because the inside wasnt painted. it has a crap body kit that i plan on tearin off and a wing that isnt held down very well.

so the plan is to strip the paint, body kit, and wing off. paint it red. ill probably get the rear interior and hopefully new moldings and stock front clip and rear bumper. supercharge it and put new seats in it because the stock ones are screwed.

the guy wanted 2500 for it and i told him that wasnt gonna happen so i said 2000 or no deal and he said that was ok.

i need suggestions. is it worth it, does my plan sound good, what would you do differently. anything i dont care

 

oh yea and i know nothing about suspension so how about some suggestions for that too.

 

first find out what motor it has. i would try and get it for 1500 asuming it has an ls and tell him he can keep his wing and body kit. 2500 is way too much.

 

I would pull the body kit and wing off and give him $1000 for it. (depending on whats under the hood)

well i doubt he would do that im pretty sure he wants the entire thing gone but its worth a shot
