yeah 750 is pretty high but they also give you they hydro conversion and alt. relocation kit. it's definitely a weld in kit, i'd be going H2B if NHRA allowed it for SFWD but they dont...
I am going to be doing an h22 in my crx this month and i'm going with this kit:

Thanks 93prelude! Yes my kits are high quality hand made! Built strong and built to last! Steel is stronger then aluminum. Like I have told everyone I have hundreds and hundreds of hours perfecting this kit. I saw the add and $750 is too much! My kit is $449 shipped and comes with everything Hasports does! Yes it is a weld in. For $749 shipped guys you get my motor mount kit and my traction bar system!!! Which all and all you will need the traction bar system far as strength and safety goes and clearance. My motor mount kit sits the engine perfect for weight distribution and maximizes ground clearance. My kits come with 80% grade polyurethane insert which is just the right hardness and firmness. With my kit you will only need 1 custom axle not 2. My H22 crx is my daily driver and has proven it's strength on the track and on the street day in day out. Some Co's out there sacrafice axle alignment, ground clearance etc. just to get the engine in there. My kits have taken everything into consideration. I think people will see the quality and price of my kits and be a no brainer.

also heavier and cheaper
Not making fun of your kits, very good work on doing something for our cars and the initutive and the price is very nice. Just people always forget to put the full story behind their choice of materials and only present the positives.

IMO spend the extra cash and go with a k20a2 swap, its superior.</TD></TR></TABLE>
the k20a2 and the h22 swap aren't even in the same zip code as far as price is concerned. I agree it's superior but i don't think many people are debating between the two.

You can find K20a2 swaps online for 3000, even cheaper at some auctions/junkyards etc there are ways of making the swap cheaper, it can be done for cheaper than you think ie
Custom rad 500
Hybrid racing fuel system ~ 400
DSS stage 2 axles 650-700
= 1500+ or
neon rad 50 bucks
Piece together your own fuel system 230
base RSX axles 100-150 (Id bet these are superior to the DSS 2)
= ~400
the swap is so new people are finding alot of ways to make it cheaper already

Fact still remains that the H22 is a 10 year old motor that is starting to show up in junkyards and can be had easily for $2000. You might get lucky and pick up a k20a2 for $3000, but you could also get lucky and pick up an h22 for $300.
To me, the k20 vs. h22 is about the same as discussing b18c5 vs. b16a swaps. Most people considering the latter won't be even in the same budget range as the ones looking at the higher end ones.
This is completely off topic though so lets not worry about it.

I agree completely with this statement. kseries/hseries are for people with completely different budgets.

2001 was a cool year, but get with the times please.. the H series swap does not add any more weight than a typical turbo kit would to a B series engine.. and you dont hear people talkinga bout handling issues with turbo B's.

exactly. obviously people with a mind set like that have no clue what they are talking about to begin with... and if your worried and losing sleep about the front end being "too heavy" or "too much weight for cornering" get stiffer springs
