Am I correct in assuming the leftmost two options are always +12v.... even when the car is off?

you can get them at walmart for like $12 and then take it back and say it didnt work

 

I have one, a few actually but the fusebox isnt in the car

and if it was in the car, the interior is out, there are no wiring harnesses and there isnt even a motor in it. So that option is out

 

C915-hot at all times
C916-hot at all times
C917-hot in RUN
C918-hot with light switch in HEAD or PARK
C919-hot in ACC or RUN

directly from the Helm ETM 6-2. Worth every penny if you're doing this much work.
