Default 1987 Accord LXi PGM-Fi Light

I recently had an alternator go out on me, and after struggling to get it out the bottom end for hours, I decided to take the air box off. Which by the way worked fantastically. After reconnecting all the harnesses and such that I disconnected to get out of the way and putting everything else back together I start my car and the PGM-Fi light on the dash is illumated. The car seems to be running fine, the idle seems a little high, starts at around 2k and comes down to about 1.8k when it warms up. The light was not on when I began this procedure. I checked all the vaccum lines and could not find one disconnected. Does anyone know anything about this?
