Nope.
Both are pretty much the same.
The usdm doesn't have a speed govenor.

well sometimes you get lucky. i have bad luck with jdm and extremly good luck with them. my jdm ecu doesnt have a speed governer and my rev limit is at 8. i have had a usdm ecu and yea no speed limit but you can only rev to 7,200. so in my oppinoin its really on your luck.

as far as govenors and rev limits, that can be solve by chipping and socketing for tuning software capabilities. tuning software can change fuel maps as well. depends on far you wanna go with your ecu.

but for sure is better if i use a MT instead of a AT right?
cause my swap came with a AT ecu =.="

if you have an auto tranny you need to use the auto ecu with the tcu. manual ecu won't work for the auto. the other way around can happen though, auto ecu with manual. because the manual is just that. you manually control the tranny so the auto components isn't need. there are a few things you can do to convert and auto ecu to a manual. but if you go that route, your problem better of going with the popular p28 swap and use a tuning software. as you add more benefical power hungry upgrades you will need to go this route anyways.

do you know if the 99 prelude stock exhaust would fit on a 92 prelude with the h22?
i have a real hard time finding the after market v-pipe gasket.
