Hi

at first sorry about my english. hope some of you understand what i am talking about

my car is a crx ee8 with a b18c6 block from a itr.
the block is pretty stock.
i have a 4-2-1 header with 60mm collector.
from there a 60mm catback.
a b16a1 head with b16a2 intake mainfold and 65mm throtlebody.

now my problem.

the car pulls only 185hp
the tourqe is ok with 195nm

i want to pull out about 200hp or more

should i go for a itr or gsr head?
wich cams would u use?
blox hsl?

and wich cams can i use with less work on head (cams, retainers, valve springs, cam gears) and no work on the block?

your best bet would go with a Type R head and either 00-01 itr cams or ctr cams. b/c it has the highest lift of any honda oem cam and you can still keep the stock itr valve train. thats if you dont wanna get an upgraded valve train.. then i would go w/ supertech valve train (same company as skunk 2) and i would go w/ skunk2 stage 2 cams

Blox a, b or hsl ?

whats the difference between hsl and the other types?

 

i have heard of problems with using blox cams

 

i have tried to find some infos here about the hsl cams but found nothing.

can you tell me where to find the infos about problems in using the blox cams?

i heave heard of them creating valvetrain issues, Buddy Club and Skunk2 make good cams that show good power gains

 

do you know similars to the hsl cams from buddy club?

From where? Are you sure you aren't thinking of OBX?
